Carter Lee, MBA ITIL Master
Carter has over 20 years’ experience working in IT for large and small organizations. He is currently the CIO for QMA and is a mainstay guiding many of our security analyst teams. Carter’s primary focus is helping organizations identify and determine how to improve their information security posture. He does this by drawing on his past experiences in programming, server management, and management of virtualization infrastructures. His wealth of experience and thirst for continual knowledge put him on the cutting edge of all things security related. He assists teams in formalizing workable plans with proven and cutting-edge methodologies to provide a defined and recognizable goal achievement. He has worked with over 100 boards across America to aid in securing their business and continues to be called on as an industry leader and expert witness.

Desiree has over 10 years of experience in risk management and securing companies. Information and cybersecurity has been her primary focus though she is a well-rounded security management consultant in that she has specialization in physical, information, and cybersecurity. Because of her passion for security, she is our local guru and our teams depend on her to solve the tough problems and answer the hard questions when working with businesses. There are a myriad of security options, but being able to assess the business needs and goals to connect the security solution to the business function is an art. Desiree is our resident business security model designer. She has worked on projects to successfully secure businesses transitions for mergers and/or acquisitions, conducts cybersecurity due diligence, performed as a full-time CISO, consulted as a vCISO, security audits and reporting and leads teams in all areas of the process most recently covering disaster recovery and forensics. She is a determined problem solver with proven results. Improving your security posture while achieving your business goals is her forte.
