Certified Maturity Model Certification

The CMMC Standard has established and oversees qualified and trained assessors that can consistently defined and informative assessments based on a specific set of controls and best practices defined by the Department of Defense (DoD).  We are a CMMC Registered Provider Organization available for consulting services to assist you in preparing to certify and we provide Assessors to certify your business.

REGISTERED PROVIDER ORGANIZATION (RPO)

As RPOs and RPs in the CMMC ecosystem we provide advice, consulting, and recommendations to our clients. We are the “implementers” and consultants, but do not conduct Certified CMMC  Assessments.  We can provide you with CMMC Assessors upon request when you are ready to move beyond consulting and go forward with certification. 

As a CMMC Registered Provider Organization, we are

  • Authorized to represent the organization as familiar with the basic constructs of the CMMC Standard with a CMMC-AB provided logo
  • Offer consulting advice, but not assessments
  • Signifies that you have agreed to the CMMC-AB Code of Professional Conduct
  • Listed on the CMMC-AB Marketplace

All of our RP’s, CCA’s providing consultative services:

  • Receive authorization from the CMMC-AB as a result of registering
  • Sign the RPO agreement with the Accreditation Body (will be sent to applicants for review when available)
  • Must pass an Organizational Background Check via data provided to the CMMC-AB by Dun & Bradstreet and have a DUNS number
  • At least one Registered Practitioner (RP) must be associated with the RPO at all times (30-day grace period applies)

QMA’s Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) is:

  • Credentialed to conduct CMMC L2 assessments
  • Authorized to supervise Certified CMMC Professionals in the conduct of L2 assessments
  • After completing 3 assessments:
    • Authorized to use the CCA logo
  • Listed in the CMMC-AB Marketplace
  • Certified CMMC Assessor Credential
  • 4+ years of cyber or other information technology experience
  • Complete the training and exam for the Certified CMMC Assessor credential

Have or gain a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 Suitability Determination that results in no security clearance**
